Alpha Omega Ranch’s Gateway Purebred - Registered Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats.

At Alpha Omega we love our little dairy goats! We acquired our first breeding pair of Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats in June 2005, and since then have focused our breeding program toward breeding conformationally correct, very dairy, friendly, colorful, quality Nigerian Dwarves for both the show arena and pet homes. Our breeding stock carries the bloodlines of fine breeders such as Lost Valley, Stonewall, Gay-Mor, Piddlin Acres, Goodwood and more. Although we haven’t had time to time to show our dairy goats yet, we do carefully breed using quality stock from proven producers and we can speak for the yummy quality of the goat milk and the goat cheese it makes.

Unlike other breeders, our herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats is intentionally kept small and manageable so we know every goat’s name and pedigree and can handle each one daily so they come to you sweet, friendly, and ready to bond with your family. We pride ourselves on offering for sale these very colorful, occasionally blue-eyed, correct and healthy dairy goats. Because we live in the wilds of Idaho at the gateway to the Salmon National Forest and our goats are permitted to free range browse throughout the ranch during the day, many of our goats are kept horned for added protection. Because our goats are so friendly and tame we never have any problems with the horns and aggressiveness, and we think it enhances the bucks’ masculinity, but if you are seeking disbudded goats it is best to reserve one prior to kidding or immediately thereafter. Our Nigerian Dwarf goats are guaranteed to be healthy. We can ship nationwide!
