Alpha Omega Ranch breeds elegant and exotic Spotted Sport Horses and Spotted Warmbloods using Akhal-Tekes, imported Knabstruppers, Appaloosas, and Nez Perce Horses. Nestled in the Bitterroot Mountains of Eastern Idaho, we are an organically operated  private ranch that breeds and sells quality pure-bred Akhal-Teke and Appaloosa horses, colorful and versatile Akhal-Teke/Appaloosa Sporthorses (“Akhaloosas”), Nez Perce Horses, Gaited Akhal-Teke crosses and “Indian Shuffle" Appaloosas, primarily for endurance and English disciplines. Several of our elegant Akhaloosa Sporthorse crosses are smaller-sized and agile enough for barrel racing, reining, gymkhana, and polo, in addition to endurance racing and the English disciplines. Raised in a natural, outdoor, high-altitude environment, our horses are uniquely elegant, athletic and beautiful, with good temperaments, healthy bones and muscles, and stunning looks.

In addition to our Sporthorses, we breed and sell colorful, purebred, registered Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats and Icelandic Sheep. Protecting all of our valuable livestock are purebred and rare, imported, Hungarian Komondor Livestock Guard Dogs. Komondor puppies for livestock and family protection are occasionally offered for sale.
